Voter ID validation API

API to authenticate a loan borrower's Voters' ID issued by the Election Commission of India with respect to a particular loan created in the system. A borrower has to provide consent to validate the Voters' ID. The API response will reflect relevant error messages for any issues.

Note: USE THIRD PARTY TOKEN FOR THIS API
