Driver's licence validation API

API to authenticate a loan borrower's Driver's License issued by the Road Transport Offices of the States of India with respect to a particular loan created in the system. A borrower has to provide consent to validate the Driver's License. The API response will reflect relevant error messages for any issues.

Note: USE THIRD PARTY TOKEN FOR THIS API
