Step 1 - Aadhar XML download

API to download the XML file on successful OTP validation (parsed XML O/P is shared in response).
In step 1, the user provides the loan borrower's Aadhar number and will receive an OTP on his/her mobile with respect to a particular loan created in the system. A borrower has to provide consent to validate the Aadhar. The API response will reflect relevant error messages for any issues.

Note: USE THIRD PARTY TOKEN FOR THIS API
