NSDL PAN validation V3 API

API for authenticating a loan borrower's PAN (Permanent Account Number) issued by the Income Tax Department of India with respect to a particular loan created in the system. A borrower has to provide consent to validate the PAN. The API response will reflect relevant error messages for any issues.

Note: USE THIRD PARTY TOKEN FOR THIS API
