Step 2 - Aadhar XML download

API to download the XML file on successful OTP validation (parsed XML O/P is shared in response).
In step 2, the user provides the OTP received on mobile. The API also expects the request-id that was sent as a response to the API call in step 1. A borrower has to provide consent to validate the OTP received by him/her. The API response will reflect relevant error messages for any issues.

Note: USE THIRD PARTY TOKEN FOR THIS API
